We ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffee.
Both were very delicious and satisfying.
All ingredients were very fresh.
The coffee was quite good, smooth with no acid bite.
Natalie was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable.
We took home a lemon bar, brownie and a loaf of Italian bread.
Each were fresh and tasted heavenly.

Have been a customer at Bakehouse for a long time now, and it really is world-class. The bread is perfect, the pastries are incredible. The croissants are as good as anything you’ll find in Paris, that’s not an exaggeration. Truly a gem.
Vegetarian options: The veggie panini is my favorite sandwich on the menu, and I’m not even vegetarian
Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place; the cookies are wonderful ☺️

This place is very dangerous- You will not be able to resist their baked goods. And you'll be missing something if you should somehow resist. I bought a slice of iced lemon cake intending to eat half and take the other half home. We'll I took it home in my stomach. I couldn't eat just half. Nice staff, and clean environment as well.

A downtown classic, Bakehouse has some of the best breads, pastries and pies available in Troy. Add to that their terrific lunch menu of sandwiches and wraps, and you've got a great place to spend time downtown! If you need something quick, try the chicken salad on cranberry bread. Or if you have a few minutes to relax, try their Bakehouse Club (and ask for a little extra spicy mayo!).
